What are your pillows made of?
Each page names the fill and cover, for example memory foam with a removable fabric cover.
Can I wash the cover?
Check the care label on your product. We suggest spot cleaning the foam and following the label for the cover.
Do you sell electric or heated products?
No. We sell pillows and cushions only.
Size and shape
How do I pick a size?
Use our size and shape guide. It takes one minute.
What if I need another size?
All sales are final and sizes are not exchanged, so please check the measurements before you order.
How do I care for foam?
Spot clean the foam and follow the label on the cover. Each page has a care line.
Final sale and claims
Can I return my pillow?
All sales are final, so we cannot take pillows back for a change of mind or a different size.
What if my pillow arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery. We send a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. We refund you in full.
Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $35 or more. Below $35 it is a flat $4.95.
Where do you ship?
We happily ship all across the USA.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your pillow is on its way. You can also use our Order tracking page.
